Close Protection and Escort
Who protects you, when no one is meant to notice?
Most people ask this question only once it is too late. At Scara it is answered before anything happens: planned, checked, documented and carried out, without anyone noticing.
Security nobody sees. Until it is needed.

01 Approach
Approach
"Security is not an appearance. It is a procedure nobody notices."
We name no clients, no principals and no personnel. Not out of coyness: every reference we could give would reduce the security of exactly the person it was meant to vouch for.
Instead of names, we provide licences, proof of insurance, procedures and sample reports, verifiable in conversation. And we show here how we work.
02 Process
Six stages, from enquiry to report.
-
Stage 1 of 6
Enquiry
Five details are enough. No names of principals, no particulars of a threat situation. That does not belong in a web form.
Confirmation immediately
-
Stage 2 of 6
Onboarding form
A personal, time-limited link leads to the protected form: 30 questions in ten sections. Only there do we record the situation, movement pattern and framework.
about 10 minutes
-
Stage 3 of 6
Review
Four checks in fixed order: feasibility, legal permissibility, client screening including sanctions and PEP checks, commercial viability.
within 4 hours
-
Stage 4 of 6
Preliminary call
The call is conducted by operations management, not sales. A written reply follows afterwards.
within 2 working days
-
Stage 5 of 6
Preparation
A verification file for each member of personnel. Outside Germany, additionally the seven-point check of the provider partner: licence, insurance, references, subcontractor chain.
Briefing before the assignment begins
Anyone not briefed does not go on the assignment.
-
Stage 6 of 6
Delivery and Follow-up
A situation report at least once per shift, even without incident. Afterwards, a report and invoice: no names, no locations.
per shift

09 FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
How quickly can you start?
That depends on the assignment. For domestic and DACH-region assignments without armed protection, allow 24 hours' lead time; for armed assignments, three weeks; internationally, four weeks. Shorter notice only by prior arrangement. That is what the number above is for.
Is your personnel armed?
As a rule, no. Armed protection is provided strictly on a project basis, subject to official approval and a written justification of the situation. Without the approval document, no armed assignment takes place. There are no exceptions.
Why do you not give references?
Because every reference given reduces the security of that particular client. Instead of names, we provide licences, proof of insurance, procedures and sample reports, verifiable in conversation.
Do you also work outside the DACH region?
Yes. Outside Germany, delivery is carried out through a provider partner licensed in the country of deployment, whom we check on seven points before every assignment: licence, insurance cover, two references, a disclosed subcontractor chain, and more. We remain the contracting party and sole point of contact.
What does it cost?
We do not name a price before the preliminary call. Only once feasibility and legal permissibility have been checked will you receive a written reply. A quotation is then binding for seven days.
How is it invoiced?
By schedule of services, with hourly records per member of personnel. Invoices contain no names and no locations; on request, a neutral description of the service is used instead.
